We haven't been to the South Valleys library since July (
remember Captain Jack Spareribs?) and we haven't done crafts there since our
May Craft Day, so it was fun to get crafty again. I'll give you three guesses what the theme of November Crafts was (and your first two guesses don't count). Yep -- you got it -- Thanksgiving! There were four projects to choose from and this time we got three out of four completed in the allotted hour, an Indian headband with feathers, a colorful fall leaf wreath, and toilet paper roll turkeys. This time L brought a friend with her (let's call her K, not me, another K) and I helped with a lot of the cutting so they could get all three projects completed in time. Afterwards, we carried our crafts into the kids library and played with the many puzzles on the tables and read a couple of books.
