Although it's still November, it beginning to look a lot like Christmas around town. I wanted to introduce L to the Biggest Little Christmas Light Show in Reno, the Lights of Tanea. First we had dinner at Genghis Grill (to give the sky time to get really dark) and then headed over to Tanea Drive for the show. We picked the perfect day and time to go because there were hardly any other cars there and we could park right in front of the house. L had no idea what to expect and she was totally amazed when she figured out what was going on. We parked across the street for the best view, turned off the lights, and tuned the radio to 97.7 FM to hear the broadcast. The Christmas songs played, and the lights went crazy, and so did L. She loved it!! We sat through the entire show (about 45-50 minutes) until we heard a song repeat, then we sat and watched some more, then we got out of the car and took a few photos, then we got back in the car and watched some more, then we left.
Here's just a snippet of video from the show...
Merry Christmas!
Until our next adventure . . .
